REFUND AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
If the product you purchased turns out to be defective, you can request an exchange or refund within the same day.

If the invoice of the exchanged or returned product is not sent with all copies, no return or exchange process is made. You must send the product complete with all parts, accessories and product package.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND OPTIONS
You can make your exchange or return by choosing one of the following options:

Credit: The remaining amount after deducting shipping, gift wrapping and other costs from the total cost you paid will be credited to your Luzdemia account.

We can use your credit as cash for your purchases at any time. You can have gifts earned on shopping, you do not need to return them.

Refund: The remaining amount will be transferred to your credit card or bank account after deducting shipping, gift wrapping and other costs from the total cost you paid. If there are gifts that have been won during the purchase, you must send them along with the product package you are returning.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN PROCESS
The realization of the transaction is not guaranteed for changes and returns made without approval by Luzdemia.

CARGO FEES
The shipping fee is paid by you in return transactions that come due to a damaged, defective, different or missing product during delivery. In these cases, you must deliver the order to be returned to the courier company within the day of delivery and inform us by e-mail.

If an ordered product is canceled or returned (provided that it is in compliance with the return conditions), the shipping fee will belong to you.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
When you receive your order, check it by opening your package next to the cargo authority. In case you think the products are missing or damaged, do not take delivery of the package by keeping a report to the cargo authority. When the product is delivered, you should state whether the box has been opened or not, and you and the cargo officer must definitely sign the report.

Please inform our customer service of the order number, e-mail address and telephone number in the order confirmation e-mail sent to you so that the transactions can be carried out without any errors and in a short time.

In such a case, you can return all the products you have ordered without paying additional shipping charges. You can make the return process by adding a note to the report stating that you do not accept the delivered products, and deliver them to the incoming courier.

 

GIFT RETURNS

You can exchange your gifts within 21 days of the order date.

In order for your gifts to be returned, they must comply with the return and exchange conditions.

Gifts returned without our approval will not be accepted. Please follow the steps below to obtain approval for your return.

Send an e-mail to our customer service with the reason for the gift return and the name of the person who bought your gift on our site.

We'll email you a return instruction within one to three days.

Follow the return instruction specified in the e-mail and mail the product to the specified address in the same e-mail.

When we receive your return, your gift certificate will be sent to you via e-mail. The amount of your gift voucher will be the amount remaining after deducting the shipping cost from the product price.

Cash refunds cannot be made for returned gifts.
